Key Responsibilities:- Preparing Coffee and Beverages: Brew espresso and prepare a variety of coffee drinks (*, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos). Make other beverages such as teas, smoothies, and cold brews. Follow recipes and maintain consistency in drink preparation.
- Customer Service: Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner. Offer product suggestions and answer questions about the menu. Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning. Keep the work area tidy and organized.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and alert management when supplies are running low. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Other Duties: May be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:- Previous service experience is an asset.
- Ability to interact positively with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
