About the Role:
The Senior Accounting Officer will provide essential support to the Divisional Finance Manager and Accounting Manager. Key responsibilities include gathering and compiling accurate financial and management accounting data to ensure reporting deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on department cash flow activities and support financial reporting (Flash, Forecast, Budget).
  • Handle payroll-related tasks, including deductions, overtime, and commissions.
  • Coordinate internal, external, and management financial reporting.
  • Perform accounting reconciliations (bank, stock, petty cash).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • Assist in period-end closing and audit preparation.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPIs reports.
  • Monitor accounting system postings, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Process vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to finance staff.

Requirements:

  • Build operational governance: daily/weekly dashboards, SOP adherence, training, and documentation discipline.
  • Support growth: operational readiness for additional gas volumes and new customer onboarding without compromising safety.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 15–20 years overall experience with strong industrial gas transportation/logistics exposure.
  • Proven track record managing large driver/operator teams and subcontractor fleets in high-compliance environments.
  • Strong HSE mindset and execution discipline; able to enforce standards firmly and fairly.
  • Saudi background (hands-on operational experience in KSA preferred).
  • Strong planning, Truck Utilisation, Per Truck Revenue knowledge, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with 24/7 operations and escalation ownership.
