Key Responsibilities:
  • Callout Handling: Manage alarm calls, inbound customer queries, and technician calls, ensuring safety and effective communication.
  • Inbound Support: Resolve customer queries and complaints, follow up on matters internally, and identify potential sales leads.
  • Outbound Engagement: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys post-call and support local marketing initiatives.
  • 24/7 Operations: Monitor service operations, prepare reports, and support the operations team with various KONE tools.

Are You the One?
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree and a minimum of two years of customer service experience. Exceptional communication skills, detail orientation, and fluency in both English and Arabic are essential. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Submitting periodic progress reports on the strategic plans and operations of the Patient Experience Unit.
  • Handling all aspects of a patient’s experience, concerning their treatment and overall stay at My Clinic’s facility.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map the patient journey from admission to discharge, identifying touchpoints for improvement.
  • Implementing changes to streamline processes and reduce potential points of frustration.
  • Communicating with patients to determine their needs and identify a path toward treatment and progress.
  • Empathizing with patient concerns on their path toward recovery, helping them replace anxiety with peace of mind.
  • Resolving patient complaints and concerns, working with relevant departments to address issues promptly.

Education / Professional Qualifications:
