  • Tracking orders, invoices, and delivery status.
  • Updating customer data and sales reports.

• Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Polite interaction with all categories of partners and investors.
• Quick problem analysis and resolution without delay.
• Responsive to partner needs at every stage (inquiry, application, follow-up).
• Ensuring satisfaction of partners and investors post-service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum education of high school diploma; diploma is preferred.
• Saudi nationality and age of at least 21 years.
• Medically and physically fit.
• Good conduct and behavior.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good language skills, preferably speaking Chinese.
• Proficient in English speaking.
