Position Summary:

  • Preparing documents including letters and memos using word processing and spreadsheet software.

المهام الرئيسية:
  • استقبال العملاء والزوار وتقديم تجربة ترحيب مهنية تعكس هوية الشركة
  • الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتوجيههم إلى الجهات المختصة داخل المكتب
  • متابعة حضور وانصراف الموظفين وتحديث سجلات الحضور بانتظام
  • إعداد وطباعة العقود الفنية والإدارية حسب الإجراءات المعتمدة
  • طباعة وتجهيز وتسليم المخططات والوثائق الفنية للعملاء

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
