Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Follow-up:

  • Communication with Suppliers and Manufacturers:
    Search for qualified local and international suppliers with experience in the Saudi market. Send Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and compare prices.
  • Negotiation and Contracts:
    Negotiate the best commercial and technical terms. Prepare and review supply contracts.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders (POs):
    Prepare purchase orders, obtain approval from the concerned management, and send the orders to suppliers.
  • Follow-up on Supply and Delivery:
    Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Quality and Technical Compliance:
    Coordinate the technical inspection of received materials and ensure that materials conform to specifications.
  • Technical Support and Reporting:
    Provide periodic reports on the status of purchases for each project.
