Job Description

As a Sales Employee at Abyat, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the section is ready and organized, price accuracy, and stock availability to guarantee a distinguished shopping experience for customers.

  • Working as a product expert in doors, windows, aluminum, glass, and internal and external door systems.

  • Using door and window design software such as Pyramid, RA Workshop, Archimede, Dowes to prepare designs, calculate dimensions, extract quantities and costs, and provide accurate and professional quotes.

  • Providing technical consultations to customers and assisting them in making purchasing decisions based on actual needs and accurate specifications.

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinating with internal teams (orders, manufacturing, delivery) to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time.


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail sales in the doors, windows, aluminum, or glass sector.

  • Proven practical experience in using door and window design software such as Pyramid, RA Workshop, Archimede, Dowes.

  • High skills in communication, persuasion, and closing deals.

Second: Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Receive customer orders inside the restaurant or through takeout.
  2. Enter orders accurately through the point of sale system.
  3. Collect cash and electronic payments and deliver the invoice.
  4. Ensure the order's accuracy before delivering it to the customer.
  5. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the speed and quality of order execution.
  6. Effective communication with the work team and direct manager.

If the work pressure exceeds capacity:

Request support, organize priorities, maintain calmness, and avoid haste that causes operational errors.

In case of customer order delay:

  1. Apologize to the customer professionally.
  2. Explain the reason for the delay.
  3. Follow up on the order with the kitchen immediately.
  4. Notify the manager when the allowed time is exceeded.
  5. Follow up on the order until delivery.
