Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in retail environments.
  • Technical knowledge of POS systems and retail tech.
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Retail POS systems like Retail Pro or Oracle Retail.
  • Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP or similar).
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
