Meet monthly sales targets and optimize conversion performance.
Update the CRM with accurate customer information and pipeline status.
Work closely with the marketing team by sharing insights, objections, and trends.
Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities when suitable.
Follow up post-subscription to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and reduce churn.

Qualifications:

Saudi nationality is required.
Previous experience in sales; experience in EdTech or digital services is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High persuasion ability and strong objection-handling skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Target-driven, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Understanding of the Saudi education and exam ecosystem is an advantage.
