Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to determine the costs of business activities (raw materials, labor, indirect expenses).

He/She should have experience in managing and following up on customer accounts and building long-term relationships with them, in addition to receiving new opportunities and following up on them until they are successfully closed.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up with maintenance contract customers to ensure their satisfaction and the quality of service provided.

- Manage the relationship with customers and communicate continuously with them.

- Receive maintenance requests and new opportunities.

- Prepare technical and financial offers in coordination with the technical team.

- Follow up on opportunities until they are closed and achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate between the client and the technical team to ensure that the work is executed efficiently.
