Job Description:
The Purchasing Specialist will assess the needs and requirements of various organizational units for materials, as well as conduct market surveys to ensure obtaining the best prices from suppliers. They will also supervise the receipt of proposals submitted by service providers and evaluate them, and build a database that includes material prices and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assessing the needs of organizational units for materials.
• Conducting market studies and surveys to ensure the best prices.
• Supervising the receipt and evaluation of proposals.
• Creating a database of material prices and suppliers.
• Preparing documents and reports related to sales.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Sales Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Certification in Purchasing Management (CAME - PMC preferred).
• Preliminary logistics and transportation certification (CILT preferred).

Required Skills:

• Experience in purchasing regulations, research, and supervision.
• Reporting and negotiation skills.
