• Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in stock processing and maintain an awareness of all promotions and new releases.

• Comply with all store policies, particularly in relation to payments, exchanges, and loss prevention.
• Engage in continuous training to maintain up-to-date certifications.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical degree preferred.
• No prior experience required.

• Oversee inspections, servicing, and IMAP reports for all FS contracted outlets.
• Provide product training to operators and supervisors as necessary.
• Manage servicing and repair reports for equipment within your designated budget.
• Utilize data management software to monitor machine and dispenser status, generating reports for both customers and internal use.
• Develop and manage a sales lead funnel using Oracle CRM.
• Perform technical presentations that highlight the superiority of our products and services.
• Enhance business relationships with customers.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation skills capable of conveying complex information effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Demonstrated sales skills with a consultative sales approach.
