We are looking for a passionate
Store Keeper who will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare & Import all Master data additions into the system in a high quality & efficient manner.
- Maintain records for all Additions/ deletions of Items in system Master files.
- Receive and distribute all incoming deliveries from the warehouse on a timely manner per My Clinic standards, Policies, and Procedures.
- Check quantity, quality and condition of goods received from the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory and proper storage of stock items within the pharmacy.
- Review and report all near expiry items efficiently & on a timely manner.
- Separate expired items and send them to the warehouse for processing.
- Issue, distribute, and fulfill all requisition requests per the procedure through the system using alternative and FEFO system to the respective end user.
- Revise requisitions received for stock items from end-users whenever needed.
- Communicate with end users to ensure that the flow of items adheres to the requisitions.
- Request goods in a timely manner from the Procurement team.
- Notify end users regarding the utilization of slow moving and non-moving supplies.
- Participate effectively in the daily cycle count activities & periodical stock take run by finance and adjust stock in the system with the finance team.
- Maintain availability by monitoring stock levels and doing timely follow up to avoid stockouts.
- Maintain accuracy levels by performing timely cycle counts.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports as assigned.
- Maintain workspace safety & security by adhering to infection-control procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Report any incidents that may affect Safety & Security immediately to the pharmacy manager.
- Maintain a clean/organized working environment.
- Check Fridge/room temperature and other daily activities as assigned.
Education / Professional Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Institute in Saudi Arabia or similar accepted degree.
- Must be licensable by the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia.
- 35 years of experience is required.
