About the Job
The Internal Audit Manager at Match | ماتش plays a pivotal role in leading the internal audit function to ensure effective internal controls, risk management, and governance across the organization. This position is responsible for developing and executing risk-based audit plans, as well as conducting audits in financial, operational, compliance, and IT areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans.
• Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.
• Report key findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve operational efficiency and support risk mitigation initiatives.
• Lead and develop the internal audit team while promoting best practices and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CIA/CPA or equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of experience in internal audit, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
