Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in our growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales team by setting measurable objectives and monitoring progress.
- Promote the company’s products/services, addressing clients’ objectives.
- Develop and present sales development plans, including negotiation and closure of transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:- 10-15 years of business development experience, particularly in the engineering sector.
- Experience in KSA/MENA market is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of project bidding to RFPs and basic financial modelling skills.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English.
- Must have minimum 5 years of Middle East experience.
