Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy ensuring sales goals are met.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing end-user accounts while pursuing new prospects.
- Perform a minimum of 10 customer visits per week and provide weekly feedback to the Regional Director.
- Prepare action plans to identify and penetrate new markets.
- Convert competitive business opportunities into Crestron solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV sales, particularly with Crestron products.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel and contribute as part of a global team.
