Join Help AG as an IT Technician!Help AG is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Technician to support our on-site IT operations. This position includes assisting with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance, focusing on crucial field activities such as:
- Conducting location site surveys and documenting complete device inventories.
- Assisting with the physical preparation and installation of IT equipment, including rack mounting and cabling.
- Performing cabling, labeling, and patch management tasks.
- Supporting the installation and basic configuration of IT equipment under supervision.
- Participating in functional testing to validate site readiness and performance.
In this role, you will also maintain documentation and ensure adherence to health and safety standards throughout all activities.
Qualifications and Skills:To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, field services, or system installation.
- Hands-on experience with server and network hardware setup.
- Basic understanding of operating systems and virtualization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to various sites.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
