Job Title: Order Management Operations Manager
Overall Objective of the Job:
Ensure the order process runs smoothly and efficiently from the moment the customer clicks the "Buy" button on the online store or requests it from the branch, until the product reaches their doorstep, while ensuring the highest levels of quality and accuracy in execution.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage the order lifecycle: Daily supervision of all incoming orders and ensuring they are processed and prepared on time.
• Connecting channels (Omnichannel): Coordinating order pickups from the nearest branch to the customer (Ship-from-Store) to reduce shipping costs and time.
• Inventory control: Real-time monitoring of product availability in branches and warehouses to prevent orders for out-of-stock products.
• Shipping relationship management: Coordinating with logistics companies and delivery representatives and monitoring their performance (KPIs) to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Tracking and problem-solving: Following up on delayed or lost shipments and communicating with customer service to provide quick solutions.
• Returns management (Reverse Logistics): Supervising the process of retrieving products from customers and returning them to inventory or branches in an organized manner.
• Data analysis: Preparing periodic reports on operational performance, delivery speed, and error rates in preparation.
