Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The Automotive Painter will perform paint repair services and related tasks to achieve targets in customer satisfaction and gross service sales. This role requires adherence to the company's mission, vision, values, and standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include executing paint repairs as per customer requests, conducting preliminary vehicle inspections to assess damage, and participating in the resolution of technical problems with assistance from team leaders. The painter will also be responsible for after-sales duties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining high guest satisfaction through quality after-sales body and paint activities.

  • Perform paint repair services and related works to meet customer satisfaction and gross service sales targets, adhering to company standards.
  • Execute paint repairs under the supervision of the Chief Technician, ensuring timely delivery and cost adherence.
  • Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections to assess damage and necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to resolve high-technical problems related to body and paint repairs.
  • Ensure all after-sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Job Controller to input accurate data and update vehicle delivery status for productivity analysis.
  • Receive and understand technical information and updates to enhance technical skills.
  • Support center after-sales marketing campaigns and adapt to business strategies to achieve targets.
  • Ensure the proper use of service facilities, tools, and equipment in accordance with safety and company policies.
  • Execute assigned activities according to standard operating procedures to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a service-related role. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
