- Managing physical and electronic documents, including scanning, indexing, and archiving.
- Ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies.
- Managing leave requests and balances in the SAP system.
- Entering data into SAP accurately, including invoices and purchase orders.
- Organizing documents for easy retrieval and version control.
- Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Developing and maintaining document control procedures.
- Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
- Providing administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Using the SAP system and document management systems efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
