We are looking for a Branch Supervisor with strong leadership and operational skills, capable of efficiently managing the work team during the shift, while ensuring the application of quality, service, and hygiene standards, and providing an excellent experience for Go Greek guests. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Supervising the daily workflow within the branch and ensuring adherence to operational standards. * Leading and guiding the work team to achieve the highest level of service and guest experience. * Distributing tasks and following up on their efficient and professional execution during the shift. * Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with approved recipes and preparation procedures. * Ensuring the application of hygiene and food safety standards within the branch. * Monitoring equipment readiness and reporting any malfunctions or operational needs. * Handling customer feedback and professionally resolving operational issues. * Supporting the training of new employees and monitoring the team's adherence to performance standards. * Preparing end-of-shift reports and following up on cash reconciliation procedures according to company policies. Conditions and Requirements: * At least one year of experience in restaurants, cafes, food, or retail. * Previous experience in supervision or leading work teams is preferred. * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Commitment to quality, service, and food safety standards. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Main Responsibilities:

* Ensure the application of quality, service, and cleanliness standards and maintain store readiness.

* Achieve sales and profitability goals by managing costs, inventory, and implementing marketing plans.

* Manage work schedules, attract and develop talent, and retain them.

* Train and develop the work team and implement training programs.

* Supervise inventory, orders, and supply to reduce shortages and waste.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.

* Handle customer complaints and enhance guest experience.

* Manage financial reports, daily deposits, and monitor profitability.

Skills and Experience:

* 2-4 years of experience in fast-food restaurant management or the food and retail sector.

* Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage work teams.

* Knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws, and cash handling procedures.

* Proficiency in preparing schedules, managing inventory, and financial reports.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
