Job Role (General Description):Responsible for executing and managing the digital marketing activities of Arcelia through various channels, creating content, communicating with clients, covering events, generating opportunities and projects, while monitoring the performance of digital channels and updating the website and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure the achievement of marketing and sales objectives.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Manage and execute electronic marketing activities on various digital platforms.
- Cover events and occasions and publish accompanying content professionally.
- Follow up on responses, messages, comments, and interact with the audience and clients.
- Prepare and manage content for messages, tweets, and videos in line with the company's identity and objectives.
- Coordinate with clients to attract and select multiple advertising means and activate them appropriately.
- Extract and prepare project data by regions to support campaigns and targeting.
- Monitor the company's website and update it regularly (content/offers/news).
- Prepare and send SMS and WhatsApp messages for campaigns, notifications, and offers.
- Coordinate with the technical/systems department to follow up on programs and tools that serve the department (CRM/monitoring boards/advertising platforms).
- Market all of the company's services and enhance its digital presence among targeted clients.
- Create new opportunities and open horizons and bring potential projects/clients to the company.
- Communicate and coordinate with external parties such as editing, filming, and video production and organize workflow with the relevant internal departments.
