We are seeking a passionate individual to join our sales team as a Senior Route Salesman, responsible for maximizing sales volume and providing high levels of customer service.
Job Purpose:The primary role involves:
- Maximizing sales volume while minimizing stales.
- Achieving distribution targets and implementing merchandising standards.
- Collecting accounts receivable and delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, measured against targets.
- Ensure customers receive approved service standards and manage call frequency.
- Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and report any defects.
- Agree on order requirements daily for the next selling period.
- Maintain individual customer stock levels to avoid out-of-stock scenarios.
- Implement agreed in-store merchandising with supervisor collaboration.
- Report competitor activity to the supervisor during daily debriefs.
- Conduct daily financial reconciliations of sales transactions.
- Adhere to grooming standards and driving regulations.
Qualifications:- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
- Proficient in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
- Good analytical skills.
