This important role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various household electrical and electronic appliances.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, diagnose, and repair household appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwaves, and more.
- Identify and correct electrical and mechanical faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and functional testing.
- Maintain service reports, job cards, and customer records.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Provide basic usage guidance to customers.
Qualifications:- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant trade.
- Appliance repair certification is a plus.
Experience:- Minimum of 2–5 years as a Home Appliance Technician.
- Experience across multiple appliance brands is preferred.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of home appliance systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
