Tasks and Responsibilities:- Developing HR strategies: Establishing policies and strategic plans to improve employee performance and meet the company's future needs.
- Recruitment management: Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and hiring processes of talented employees to meet the organization's needs.
- Preparing an organizational structure for the establishment, job descriptions, and internal regulations.
- Performance management: Implementing performance evaluation systems and identifying programs to improve employee performance.
- Development and training: Designing training and development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees.
- Compliance with laws: Ensuring the application of HR policies in accordance with applicable labor laws.
- Employee relations management: Resolving conflicts and improving communication between management and employees to enhance their job satisfaction.
- Establishing the HR budget: Financial planning and allocating resources necessary for HR-related programs and projects.
- Data analysis.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the field of human resources, preferably in retail companies.
- Extensive knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
