Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical & Automation!GE Vernova, a global leader in energy technology, is looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our electrical and automation systems. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in ensuring our production systems operate reliably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and delegate tasks to the maintenance team.
- Plan and execute maintenance activities on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems including electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic setups.
- Work with PLC-based systems such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, and more.
- Maintain and operate various industrial automation systems.
- Manage maintenance records through SAP and CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and lead training for technicians.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize reliability.
- Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs.
Qualifications:- Diploma or ITI in relevant fields such as Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
- Over 15 years of industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory roles.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies such as cranes and CNCs.
- Familiarity with SAP and CMMS.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and automation circuits.
Desired Traits:- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and capability to work collaboratively.
