Supervisor Job at the Aircraft Maintenance Center (MCC)This position assumes leadership responsibilities in the maintenance control center to ensure the safety of aircraft and the reliability of their operational processes.
Main Objectives:- Manage all technical defects and ensure the continuity of operations safely.
- Achieve technical loading reliability through monitoring and analysis.
- Communicate with management to ensure the effective implementation of recovery plans.
- Support spare parts strategies according to defect trends.
- Achieve the goals of the maintenance center department according to operational standards.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in aviation fields or GACA A&P license.At least 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance with 2 years of supervisory experience.Proficiency in English and Arabic.Administrative Responsibilities:- Directing and training team members.
