Join Our Team as a Marketing and Relations Officer!
We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Relations Officer at الجمعية الوداد الخيرية لرعاية الأيتام, a leading charity in Saudi Arabia focused on providing care for orphans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a financial resource development plan for the branch.
• Identify needs and tools necessary for executing the financial resource development plan.
• Create initiatives and programs to achieve financial targets.
• Measure the financial resource plan quarterly.

Event Planning:

• Identify suitable locations for setting up awareness offices.
• Coordinate with direct supervisor to determine office locations.
• Execute approved awareness offices, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Maintain continuous oversight and provide support.
• Submit periodic reports on awareness office progress to the direct supervisor.

Create Financial Partnerships:

• Develop an implementation plan for targeted partnerships based on branch needs.
• Identify stakeholders aligning with strategic goals.
• Engage and communicate with targeted entities through visits or hosting.
• Implement partnerships per approved guidelines and measure their effectiveness.

Engagement with Business Stakeholders:

• Develop a plan to engage businesses and organizations.
• Identify businesses with social responsibility interests.
• Coordinate visits and maintain relationships throughout the year.
• Provide feedback reports on the impact of received support and stakeholder satisfaction.

Improve Relationships with Supporters:

• Create a clear database of responsible businesses and organizations.
• Maintain a scheduled plan for communications and visits.
• Implement initiatives to strengthen relationships.
• Measure supporter satisfaction using standardized forms.

الأهداف والمهام الرئيسية:

• تحديد الأهداف العامة والفرعية للتسويق.
• تطوير السياسات والخطط التسويقية.
• تحليل دورة حياة المنتج وتحديد أسباب النجاح أو الفشل.
• تحديد برامج الترويج واختيار قنوات التوزيع.
• إجراء اختبارات السوق وإعداد الوثائق والتقارير.

كما يتضمن الدور مراجعة مستمرة لمقاييس الأداء وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين الاستراتيجيات التسويقية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس في التسويق أو التجارة الإلكترونية أو العلاقات العامة أو خدمات العملاء.
• شهادة Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
• يفضل الشهادات الأخرى مثل CCNA, HRMP, SPHR-CA.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• معرفة متقدمة في خدمات الإعلانات والتسويق.
• مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير والمراقبة.
