In the speed of debt collection, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the collection team and guide them to achieve set goals.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates.
• Monitor performance, analyze reports, and make appropriate decisions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and laws.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer experience and reduce delinquent debts.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the collection field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using systems and technologies related to collections.
• High communication skills in both Arabic and English.

A customer service representative is required to work in the call center to respond to customer inquiries and solve their problems via phone and email in a professional and distinguished manner. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle work pressure and manage time efficiently, in addition to mastering the use of customer relationship management systems. The main tasks include: recording and tracking customer complaints, providing information about products and services, and coordinating with different departments to ensure a quick and effective resolution of the raised issues.
