Join Al Haider Company for Contracting as a Projects Coordinator!In this essential role, you will ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects across various disciplines, reporting directly to the Project Manager or Engineering Lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with project plans.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams and internal departments to ensure alignment.
- Schedule and prepare for project meetings, including agenda creation and resource coordination.
- Track project procurement activities, providing financial updates to the project team.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, bids, and submissions.
- Monitor and manage document control systems, ensuring version control and secure storage of engineering drawings.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with engineering workflows and construction processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
