Key Responsibilities:- Set, agree, and drive annual revenue goals for assigned channels.
- Work with marketing and distribution teams to ensure alignment on commercial priorities.
- Support marketing campaigns to create new sales opportunities.
- Evaluate and recommend the staffing needs to the distributor management.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow volume and revenues.
- Define pricing and discounts with stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Report on industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage return of expired goods to mitigate losses.
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure product availability and satisfaction.
Key Deliverables:- Annual business plans and promotion plans.
- Identify opportunities to support business growth.
Qualifications:Must have experience within FMCG industry.
