We are looking for an experienced Retail Field Supervisor to spearhead our sales and growth in the Retail/Traditional Trade (TT) sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive an increase in both daily transactions/invoicing and retail outlet visits by optimizing retail routes.
- Enhance numeric and weighted presence in the Retail market.
- Facilitate competition by ensuring robust market coverage and exceptional service.
- Monitor and enhance route performance to align with our established targets.
- Ensure all task executions comply with Nestlé’s high standards.
Qualifications:- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
- A valid driving license.
- Familiarity with key areas in the Eastern Region.
- Proficiency in the English language.
