• Supervision of branch operations:

1.     Monitoring the opening and closing times of branches daily via surveillance cameras.
2.     Ensuring branches are ready in terms of availability of essentials (covers, bags, etc.).

• Inventory and order management:

1.     Reviewing and listing the deficiencies of products and coordinating with the warehouse to prepare orders.
2.     Supervising the completion of the full and partial inventory of products and controlling the movement of cash custody.

• Financial control:

Regularly reviewing and auditing cash custody to ensure there are no deficits or accounting errors.

• Adherence to standards and policies:

Ensuring compliance with standards during branch visits, including government requirements and precautionary measures.

• Promotional offers:

Supervising and participating in implementing visual offers and discount offers, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure correct implementation.

• Evaluation and follow-up:

1.     Using the branch evaluation model during visits to identify needs related to maintenance, products, or display.
2.     Monitoring market movements and competitor offers and preparing reports accordingly.

• Achieving goals:

Ensuring employees are aware of daily and monthly sales targets and tracking their achievement on a daily basis.

•  Training and development:

1.     Training new and current employees on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
2.     Holding periodic meetings to motivate teams and listen to their feedback and inquiries.

•  Employee management:

1.     Coordinating employee vacation and attendance schedules.
2.     Participating in recruitment interviews and selecting suitable candidates.
3.     Evaluating employee performance periodically and preparing performance reports.
 
Benefits:

Basic salary + commissions up to 3000  riyal monthly.
