Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the implementation of the administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
• Organize mail and daily appointments.
• Complete the administrative tasks related to the workflow.
• Coordinate and organize meetings with the direct supervisor and participate in documenting their minutes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.
• Preferred professional certifications such as (CCNA) Cisco, SPHR-CA, CAME - HRMC, CFA, SASL.
