Roles & Responsibilities:- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process.
- Identify and manage company risks with senior team members.
- Research opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
- Foster a collaborative environment.
- Communicate client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain CRM activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups.
- Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Run outbound campaigns to create sales opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:- B-Tech or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 35 years of experience in industrial chemicals.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
