Job Title: Sales Executive – Dealer Market

Location: Saudi Arabia (Jeddah / Riyadh / Dammam)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in dealer/distributor sales

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the dealer network across key regions in Saudi Arabia.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned product categories.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers to ensure strong market coverage.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Support promotional and marketing initiatives at the dealer level.
  • Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales of home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or French will be an added advantage).
  • Must hold a valid driving license.
  • Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia and travel extensively within the region.

About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Government Relations & Compliance:
    • Handle all government-related procedures with various ministries and authorities such as Ministry of Commerce (MoC), Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD), and more.
    • Process, renew, and manage company licenses, visas, work permits, and ensure compliance with Saudi laws.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain a renewal calendar for all licenses and legal documents.

    • Prepare official letters, forms, and applications.
    • Support internal and external communication related to government matters.
  • Employee Affairs:
