Job Description:Your responsibilities include:
- Implementing administrative instructions and following up on decisions.
- Opening and sorting paper and electronic mail and responding according to instructions.
- Completing typing tasks, responding to inquiries, and organizing files.
- Maintaining transactions and managing files.
- Coordinating and organizing meetings for the direct manager and documenting their minutes.
Qualifications:We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.
