About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Administrative Assistant with prior experience in the healthcare sector to join our team in Dhahran. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, maintaining patient records, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize patient files, medical records, and other documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and scheduling of appointments
- Support medical and administrative staff with clerical tasks
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and staff schedules
- Monitor inventory and order office or medical supplies when needed
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the administrative office
Requirements:- Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or medical facility
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and healthcare management systems
- Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be currently based in Dhahran
