Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Objective:
Lead and implement sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, develop the sales team, build strong customer relationships, and increase the company's market share.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare and implement short and long-term sales plans and strategies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and increase revenues.
Manage and develop the sales team (recruitment, training, motivation, performance evaluation).
Analyze sales data and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Study the market and competitors and suggest new growth opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure goals are met.
Supervise pricing and promotional offers in coordination with management.
Follow up on customer complaints and work on resolving them to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience of at least (4) years in hotel sales, including (2) years in a supervisory position.
High leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
Proficient in using computer programs and sales reports (CRM).
Proficiency in Arabic, English proficiency is preferred.
