Key Responsibilities:
  • Notify drivers of violations and fill in assignment forms.
  • Manage bank accounts for payments related to vehicle registrations and violations.
  • Process payments for violations and renewals through the bank.
  • Issue and cancel vehicle authorizations based on accurate driver and vehicle data.
  • Regularly remind maintenance teams of upcoming vehicle inspections.
  • Monitor post-inspection processes and update records accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance of vehicle data with each driver and provide necessary updates to management.
  • Follow all instructions and directives from the direct manager related to work tasks.

Additional Duties:
