Job Summary:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily operations of warehouses handling raw materials and/or finished goods, supervising staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining safe and organized activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff handling raw materials/finished goods.
  • Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials/finished goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations of raw materials/finished goods.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for timely handling of raw materials/finished goods.
  • Enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in training and developing warehouse personnel.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse operations and stock status of raw materials/finished goods.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues affecting warehouse performance.
  • Support implementation of warehouse management systems and ERP processes for raw materials/finished goods.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant warehouse or inventory management certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG warehouse environment preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in warehousing and distribution, specifically with hazardous materials and using DSS/WMS.
  • Must hold or be able to acquire an MHE license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
