You will monitor receipt of purchases, ensure compliance with specifications, verify financial claims related to purchasing, and prepare and submit work reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and validate purchasing requests according to regulations.
- Execute direct procurement in adherence to policies.
- Prepare, distribute tenders, collect bids, and analyze proposals.
- Receive purchases, verify quantities and specifications, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Document and archive work reports.
Additional Information: This role offers flexible working hours and the option for remote work, requiring a valid driver's license and vehicle. The position is part-time with a requirement for 6 working days per week.
Qualifications: Primary education level is required, with professional certifications in project management, vehicle damage assessment, or marketing management being a preference. Proficient in Arabic and English, with advanced skills in logistics, product specifications, purchase regulations, and report preparation.
