Job Description:Time Raba Hotel Management is looking for a highly professional receptionist. Your role will be to welcome visitors and clients, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate reference. Additionally, you will receive phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate person. You should also maintain records of visitors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Welcoming visitors and providing them with the required information.
- Making internal communications to obtain information.
- Scheduling interview appointments.
- Recording the names of reviewers and clients in the logs.
- Adhering to procedural guidelines and applicable policies.
Requirements:- 1 year of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Customer Service.
