An experienced technician is required for the maintenance of electrical devices in the field of maintenance and repair of electrical devices.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing faults in various electrical devices

• Installing and maintaining new electrical devices

• Performing regular preventive maintenance on devices

• Providing technical reports on the status of devices and maintenance work

• Dealing with customers professionally and providing technical advice

• Adhering to safety and quality standards in work

Required Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of reading electrical diagrams

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems

• Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service

• Monitoring accounts to determine due debts
• Verifying past data for each debt or invoice
• Searching for customers and contacting them to inquire about overdue payments 
• Taking steps to encourage timely debt repayment
• Processing payments and refunds
• Resolving billing issues and customer credits
• Updating account status records and collection efforts
• Reporting on collection activity and the status of accounts receivable

• Saudi nationality 🇸🇦
• Experience in field marketing is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients

Tasks:

• Receiving customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Presenting products or services professionally to highlight their competitive advantages.
• Achieving individual and monthly sales targets.
• Preparing and executing sales transactions and issuing invoices accurately.
• Building long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Addressing complaints or inquiries and following up until resolved.
• Monitoring product availability and coordinating orders with relevant departments.
• Providing regular reports on sales, performance, and market observations.
• Participating in promotional campaigns and exhibitions if available.

Job Details:

• Salary: Between 45005500 Saudi Riyals (determined after the interview based on experience and competency).
• Working hours: 8 hours daily (evening shift).
• Working days: 5 days a week (2 days off)
