Customer service representative of Saudi nationality is required to work in a call center for a leading company, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally. The candidate must have at least a high school diploma, with proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English, as well as computer skills.
Main tasks:
• Receiving customer inquiries and responding to them (via phone - WhatsApp - Instagram - Twitter - Snapchat - email - website...)
• Recording and documenting customer complaints and following up until resolved
• Providing accurate information about products and services
• Effectively and quickly addressing and resolving issues
• Achieving the required performance indicators
• Participating in improving the quality of service provided to customers
