The PRO will coordinate with governmental agencies and efficiently handle work visas, licenses, and legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Process employee visas, work permits, residency renewals, and other legal documents.
- Manage company licenses, registrations, and governmental approvals.
- Coordinate with governmental entities (Ministry of Labor, Passport Office, Social Insurance, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
- Ensure complete compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Handle document verification, documentation, and official approvals as required.
- Stay updated on new developments and amendments in laws and regulations affecting business operations.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa procedures, and compliance.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
