We are seeking a talented and passionate Oriental Pastry Chef to join our team at شركة شبرا الطائف التجاريه. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a wide variety of traditional Oriental desserts such as baklava, kunafa, basbousa, and maamoul, ensuring high quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and produce a variety of traditional Oriental desserts with a focus on quality.
  • Develop and test new recipes to enhance our dessert menu and meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and compliant with food safety standards.
  • Monitor daily production schedules for timely preparation for service.
  • Decorate and present pastries in an appealing and authentic style.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations.
  • Supervise and train junior pastry staff on techniques and production processes.
  • Control inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin. Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will support the daily operations of the HR & Administration department, ensuring a seamless employee experience while complying with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR & Admin. Operations: Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and contract management through Qiwa. Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs across KSA. Manage GOSI registration, iqama renewals, and sponsorship transfers.
  • Legal Compliance & Investigations: Conduct formal investigations and issue disciplinary actions in accordance with Saudi labor law. Liaise with legal advisors and government portals, ensuring all actions are legally documented.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Monitor attendance across KSA and validate payroll inputs. Manage leave records and coordinate salary disbursement.
  • Reporting & Culture: Prepare monthly HR reports and conduct internal audits. Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR & Admin experience in KSA, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong command of Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and HRMS platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly.
