Role OverviewThe Sales Manager will own client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify, target, and convert high-value corporate and private clients in the luxury sector. Leverage existing network and proactively build new relationships through networking, events, and outreach. Develop tailored proposals and pitches that align with client brand and budget requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business. Maintain regular engagement with clients to understand needs, anticipate opportunities, and provide relevant product recommendations. Collaborate with the PD Associate Manager to translate client requirements into product briefs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sourcing Associate Manager to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of proposals. Partner with the PD Associate Manager to align on product timelines, quality, and client approvals. Contribute market insights to guide sourcing, design, and development strategies.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop quarterly and annual sales plans to meet revenue targets. Track and report sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitor activities, and product opportunities.
RequirementsMinimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, corporate gifting, hospitality, or high-end consumer products. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong existing client network within relevant sectors. Energetic, dynamic, and solutions-oriented personality with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM system experience preferred.
