At شركة عبدالله الجبر للاستشارات المهنية, we are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist for our Tamheer training program. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the HR field while contributing to our daily HR activities within a professional environment.

Objective of the Training:
- Acquire practical experience in human resources by assisting in the execution and monitoring of daily HR functions, and understanding workplace policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment and hiring processes (resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication).
  • Assist in updating and documenting employee data in approved systems.
  • Participate in implementing training and development programs for employees.
  • Follow up on onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Organize employee files and maintain HR records.
  • Help prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Familiarize with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in computer use and MS Office programs.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Basic Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Work Experience: No more than one year of previous experience in the public or private sector.
  • Employment Status: Must not currently be employed in the public or private sector.
  • Social Insurance Registration: Must not be registered for the last 6 months.
  • Previous Benefits: Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
  • Registration in Taqat: Must have an active account on the Taqat platform.
