• Customer Service

• Update customer service procedures and guides to meet customer needs.
• Analyze customer satisfaction data to identify strengths and weaknesses in our systems.
• Prepare specialized reports and provide recommendations for quality improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• One year of experience in customer service.
