About the Job

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests as they enter the restaurant, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere and directing them to their tables.
  • Manage Guests reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring that each Guest is seated promptly and according to their preferences.
  • Handle and maintain the restaurant's reservation management system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed Guests expectations and ensure a positive dining experience.

Job Knowledge
Academic Qualifications:

Experience:

Proficient in English, both verbally & written.

Technical & Soft Skills:
Excellent time management, strong customer service skills, organized and reliable person, ability to work and adapt in a multi-cultural environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
